Well, not really an end to it (yet!), but the end of our direct focus on the Monkey Mind. By now you've gotten some insight into your thinking mind, its distractible nature, and how those distractions will often lead to problems.
You will also have some familiarity with being focused and what state of mind that produces - calm and alert.
Taming your Monkey Mind is a long and slow process, but every moment you choose to focus you're taking another step towards a healthy mind. Don't measure success by your degree of focus/lack of distractions, but rather by your intention and effort to focus and recover - patience and persistence!
