This week we're going to get even deeper into your mind and take a good look at your mammal / emotional brain. This is where ALL of your problems start as emotional reactions ("I like it!" / "I don't like it!"). This is also where your sense of motivation, happiness and connection with others lives.
In order to counteract your unconscious, habitual emotional reactions (and allow for a pause and response instead) you're going to build your acceptance muscles. At the very core of acceptance (a skill that has enormous depth), this looks like 1. taking a contraction-softening breath, and 2. choosing a potential smile as your perspective on life.
