Day 16 - What do you WANT?



This week you are going to gain some resolution / insight into your emotional mind (mammal / Limbic System). You will use the awareness (presence and focus) you've been building, and begin to practice and build your acceptance muscles.


Your task is to observe your emotional reactions throughout the day - learn about your reactive nature. Try to determine what it is you want in the 🙁 situation - if you had a magic wand, what would you change?
