Day 27 - Trust Your Body

Use the force!


We've come to the end of our week of looking at your reptile/body brain. We've talked about many aspects of this level of mind (intuition, sitting at attention, how to release deep-seated reactions, etc.), and have been talking about various aspects of your whole mind for 27 days now!


Today we'll talk less and practice more. Time to start trusting your mind and all the learning and practice you've been doing. Remember, the outcome doesn't matter (your degree of presence, focus and acceptance). What matters is that you've shown up for your daily practice, and you're making an effort towards improving - this is all that matters. If you keep doing this, you WILL eventually burn your candle down, fully figure out who/what you are, and finish your practice! 😊
