Day 6 -- Human mind

This first week we've been focusing on your human mind -- the seat of your awareness (aka The Observer).

Getting present is the first and most important choice you make in practicing mindfulness / living a better life. Get in the driver's seat of your own mind. This proactive choice facilitates all of the other subsequent choices you'll make about your thinking, feeling and actions. This is the foundation of effectiveness in life.
